1.- Obligations of Users

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the public portion of the Website by any User.

Users agree to use the Website correctly in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to DATFOR or to third parties for any damages that may arise from failure to comply with these obligations.

It is expressly prohibited to use the Website for purposes that harm DATFOR’s assets or interests or in any way overload, damage, or render unusable the networks, servers, and other hardware or software of DATFOR or third parties.

2.- Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Website, including its graphic design and the content contained therein — including, by way of example and not limited to, data (including measurements), texts, photographs, graphics, images, software, and other content — are the intellectual property of DATFOR or third parties that have licensed them to DATFOR, without any of the rights of exploitation recognized by applicable intellectual property law being transferred to Users.

In particular, Users must refrain from reproducing, copying, distributing, making available to the public, communicating publicly, transforming, or modifying the contents except as necessary to navigate the Website, in cases authorized by law, or when expressly authorized by DATFOR under the terms and limitations stipulated in the corresponding contract between DATFOR and the User.

3.1.- Availability of the Service

DATFOR attempts to keep the Website operational and error-free, but the User accepts use of the Website at their own risk. The Website is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty. Unless legally required under applicable law, we do not guarantee its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor do we guarantee that access to or use of the Website will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.

Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including telecommunications networks, whose reliability, quality, safety, continuity, and performance are not controlled by or attributable to DATFOR. The Website may include links or hyperlinks that allow Users to access other websites and internet portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). It is the User’s responsibility to have the appropriate tools for the prevention, detection, and disinfection of harmful computer programs or malicious software. DATFOR is not liable for any damage caused to Users’ computer equipment during connection to the Website by acts of third parties or for the lack of security or confidentiality of the information transmitted by third-party telecommunications equipment and networks or as a result of software or hardware vulnerabilities in the Users’ own equipment.

4.- Communication of illegal or inappropriate activities or services

In the event that the User or any other third party becomes aware that the Linked Sites, content, or any other service provided through the Website is illegal, harmful, degrading, violent, or contrary to morality, or that it infringes on the rights of third parties in any other way, you may contact DATFOR indicating the following details:

DATFOR will be responsible for processing the personal data you voluntarily provide us with for the sole purpose of responding to your request. You may exercise your rights in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
